Wayfarers of Veeshan

After 2 years of the most annoying commuting and scheduling, I finally moved onto campus. I've learned.

-People are loud, and usually smell. Mostly being fine with the latter.
-Some people find it A-Ok to knock on your door several times between 1 and 2 AM for a copy of Halo 3, some controllers, or even just the XBOX. Regardless of if you want to play.
-Shower slippers are far beyond recommended. Epically if the showers are less than 2 feet from the stalls and have been sparsely maintained since 1979.
-The train station is very creepy at 3AM, and it's like being in the movie The Warriors.
-You start to care way more about hygiene than you used to. I went from using three products to about 11.
-Flushing has a long way to go before becoming a courtesy.
-Theres at least one guy who finds it necessary to bleat like a llama when playing tennis right outside at the crack of dawn. Or an entire team of people playing cricket at 7AM.
-Foam parties are very, very fun.
-Freshmen will be freshmen.
-Overstressed raid leaders are far more intense in person.

I miss you guys. Hope EQ is going well for ya'll.

Heezie is good to hear from you.....I was just wondering about you not long ago....sounds like you are learning a lot more than just what is in the books......life can be......we'll just say, a lot different away from home than it is when you go out on our own. It sounds like you are well equipt with the right stuff to make a lot of good choices in your life...good luck....don't be a stranger .

Hehe, nah, I wont part too much, you guys were awesome.

In fact, since I'm really done with WoW, Vanguard was a disappointment, and I want to play something casually along with LOTRO, I might bump my EQ account back to active status, provided I find my CD's back at home.

Besides, after all that money I spent twinking that Ranger, it'd be worthwhile.
