Well it went well, though a CLERIC would have been helpful...we had a few too many Necro-rezzes.

When we got to the center of the maze, we hoped to find the Grand Gardener...but a nasty surprise was in store for us...called ...after we got back on our feet we turned around and hit one last mob "hedge solder" which dropped a which Talinoth got.

So...of our TWO targets we got ZERO But still, we all seemed to learn and have fun.

Looks like fun even with the setbacks. And it appears as though there were some non-WoV in attendance?

Can't wait for us to go again so I can attend.

Nice organization and wrapup as usual, Drex.

We had 2 non-WoVs join us from an /ooc I used to advertise the raid, but one of them had to bag as early as the Main Chest Area. I definitely intend to go again. This is a complicated and difficult zone, with tight passages in the castle. The cash loot was good (for those who stayed for the /split, you know), Research pieces dropped nicely, but ultimately the named mobs were scarce. I'd like to get back there again and again and learn more about this zone and make it my own

I don't know if it's possible to pull the grand gardener, if that is where he still spawns, with that great big eye there. It is not an indifferent mob. It aggro'd when I got to the entrance to that part of the maze. Or assisted a hedge soldier who aggro'd.

I think the only way to get at that Grand Gardener, if he is ever up, would be to pull it with a monk or other puller who can FD. The FD puller can pull the GG around a corner and then FD, wait for everything to start back in, Whack the GG, FD again, see if anything aggros, if not, drop FD and pull GG to where the rest of the raid awaits.

Also, due to my extreme lack of diligence in staying current with all of the expansion editions, the All Seeing Eye looked like a giant human, and not the awesomely hideous monster which surprised all of you, which is disappointing in that it would have been that much more of a surprise.

We can still try for Tali's mob, which may not have a 75 level raid killer mob squatting on top of it.
