In PoN you start an event they are calling the Hedge Run. It is part of the flagging progression that I think gives you access to PoNB.

And it always drops a dagger with bane: Terris Thule (boss of PoNB) -- this is tradable, so "guild bank" can hold on to it and give them out as needed when you're ready to take her on.

We failed. Ialin and Surph's chanter gave it a gallant try, but we needed about two more chanters. It is a fun event, though, and I'm looking forward to trying it again.
