OK. My poor little new Drakin couldn't get out of the Tutorial. Neither can she get into Cresant Reach. The GM had to move me out, is this a normal bug? I am going to wait 6 hours and try the "HOME" entry.

I even totally repatched everything with no success.

If you have cached textures, delete them. I believe they are .txc files.

Check your Options and make sure you're not caching them as well.

Other than that, running a Complete File Check from Advanced on the Patcher is about all I can tell you at the moment.

Have you modified a UI or any other files?
