Wayfarers of Veeshan

Okay, now I'm really frustrated. As of this evening, when I get to the login screen, as soon as I enter my password and hit connect, I'm back at the desktop as if I'd never tried to get into the game to begin with.

As some of you know, I've had an eqmain.dll problem, and until this evening, I've been copying the old eqmain.dll file from 04/17 into the files after the patcher ran. This has worked up until now. When I do this now, however, I get a 1002 error that says "incorrect version" and states I need to run patcher again. When I run patcher again, I get the results stated above.

I've posted all the requested information from dxdiag and msinfo on the EQ tech forum, but I trust you guys a whole lot more.

Any ideas?

Maybe you can post that information here (or link the post on the Tech Support forums) so that we may have a look.

Correction: It lets me get to server screen, and then boots me to desktop.
