Greetings Wayfarers,

I just wanted to peep in and let you guys know where I have been. Unfortunately, when I tried to log on last Thursday night, I was experiencing some terrible lag in the guild hall. A few moments later my screen went black and then I smelled something burning inside my computer. That's never a good sign, so I shut it down and took it back to the retailer for repairs. I'm hoping it's just the video card, but the whole thing is under warranty so it won't cost me anything for the repairs. I hope to get it back early next week, but we will just have to see. Good luck on the upcoming raids, and I'll see you all soon.

As of 12:30 PM EST today, the technical assistance folks had not even looked at my machine. They told me that my machine was 2nd in line to hit the bench, so I hope to at least have an idea of the damage by lunch tomorrow. I'll keep you all updated as more information becomes available, and I look forward to seeing you all real soon.
