I don't think you can post things in bitmap format (.bmp) so you will need to save it in .jpg, .gif, or (I think) .png. Save it on your desktop or somewhere you can find it again and then click on the box below where it says "browse" and navigate to that file. Then click "add the file" and it should work.

Does that help, or did you already try that?

thanks alley i havent tried that, but know i have a new problem how do i save it in another format

save as?

I think most of the photo editing programs let you save in different formats. When you have the screenshot open you have a choice of where to save it (save in), what to name it (file name) and type of format (save as). On the "save as" window, there should be a drop-down menu that gives you the option of different file types.

This is how it works on my computer, at least.
