In fact I did not, but I have been using my own skills from my time as a codebreaker and this is what I'm pretty sure it says:

"Oh my god! My loafers are in anguish! Today you are beef, and you will be beef...today!"

My studies have shown me that exclamation points can be assumed when the use of capital letters is this extreme.

I can only speculate, but I think what has happened here is someone has realized that something has gone horribly wrong with their shoes and they are swearing vengeance upon the responsible party. The shoes, however, are secret shoes and therefore must be spoken of only in code due to the overwhelming presence of enemy spies sent by criminal mastermind Old Mother Hubbard. Her hunger for shoes is insatiable.
