Where should the WoV Dragon Hunters have a practice RAID?

It looks like Kael is an overwhelming favorite, so I'll plan that raid first. After that, I think we'll try a Luggald raid, but I'm also intrigued by the idea of a the DHs practicing their techniques on say a pair of 65s (thinking Vae/Vas for example) in the Arena. I think we might try that too, if there is time.

Thanks to all who voted and gave feedback. Look for practic raid announcements in about 2 weeks.
