Wertaf has put some more translucent energeian orbs in the bank for our guildies.

In addition, he's given us some sealed pure energeian light orbs to try out. These don't have as much mana as the ethereal, but neither do they have the negative resists.

Wertaf directed me to a website, , for a good breakdown of the differences in all these orbs.

Do some of the power sources still require you to have completed certain TBS raids? Or was that requirement lifted?

The pure ones have some prerequisites. I hope someone more knowledgeable than I am (which is almost anyone!) will post what these are.

If you're in doubt whether you can use one, just try it. These orbs begin as something that looks like a shell, and you have to click it to change it to an equippable item. At this time it becomes no trade. If you can't use it, you will be unable to open it and can put it back in the bank.

I thought the pure were the ones that required the solteris events.

Just about any 1 raid for MMM flagging, in MMM, in Crystallos, or in SoD will allow you to use any Pure PS. Ngreth added those as an alternate to Soltaris so that guilds would not have to go back and clear soltaris in order for their raiders to use pure PSs.
