I had shoulder replacement surgery Dec 8...had staples removed today start pt in a few days.......hoping this will fix my shoulder for good this time..or at least a few yrs

will be in game as much as I can

praying for a speedy recovery

ps. that shoulder to the grindstone thing is just a saying, you dont have to really do it :wink:

Right. It is Nose to the Grindstone and Shoulder to the Wheel.

Having endured shoulder surgery quite a few years ago, I wish you a quick and pain minimal recovery.

...and Alley I did my Christmas prep before surgery...would you think Ashlynn and my 2 girls wouldn't be at the top of my to do list before surgery

TY Rayah for asking.... except for my PT guy doing some exercises 6wks to early and putting me back in a sling and a week behind on my pt no permanent damage was done thank God ,,,,just a long process to go.....
