Something about pre-orders and don't claim items too soon and don't try to claim a Warg (whatever that is) if you have an epic 2.0.

Anyone comprende?

Sounds like there is an issue/conflict with the warg mount claim and having an epic 2.0 on the character that tries to claim.

If you're not planning to claim the warg mount with an epic'd character, then it should not be an issue. If you are, just wait until the next patch to do so ... and it will hopefully be fixed.

Other than that, just check your claim window today or tomorrow for the items you are supposed to have.

Remind me again what a warg is?

Additionally, I see there are posts on the SoE forum of people being charged multiple times on their credit cards for this expansion, so everyone should check his charges.
