When I logged on around 5:20 pacific time I was informed that several of us were already gathered at the giant fort to be ready for the fight. I quickly made my way there to join in the fun and scope out the situation. When we had about a dozen people we made our way up to the coldain huts to kill Captain Berradin and find it camped by someone only killing his body guards. They had no problem with us taking out the captain and we did so quite easily (for the 4th time). Eventually we had 20 people ready to go after peffin and we did. The plan was to send pets in first to distract her bodyguard giants. Perhaps we should have given them time to build agro because as soon as I led the charge on Peffin I was very promptly pound to death. Fortuanately everyone else kept their wits and not only killed Peffin, but 2 of the 5 giants before I looted Peffin and we all succored to safety. We made our way back to the fort to rez everyone who fell during the battle (about 5 people). Besides the expected drops which I needed for my ring quest there was also a rather nice bow which was awarded to Haams.
We then made our way to Kael to see what was available. When I learned that the manor was being camped I asked for an escort over to simply do a hand in necessary to continue my quest. Once I reached the right place I did my exchange and returned to our raid.
We killed a few giants before I asked Lacries about the possibilty of doing my final fight I needed before too many people had to leave for teh night. She mentioned it in channel and we decided to head to Icewell Keep for a fight that I only knew of as being similiar to Ulump. Fortunately we ahd more than enough for the frog and sure enough the final traitor Juliah was put to rest with the rest of her conspiratiers. I then proceded to aquire the box to combine all their heads in and promptly did so.
We then made our way back to Kael and camped Left Arena getting 2 Armor drops on the night. Grats Mordredd & Starrhawk.
Once done I prepared everything I needed to hand in to the Dain for both my Ring quest and Shawl quest and headed to Icewell to use my shawls 1 chance to spawn the main dwarf himself. Ironically the Dain was already up so I immediatly got my new ring then spoke to everyone I needed to so set up my shawl fight as well.
A very special thanks goes out to Lacries, Snowcap, Shogi, Alleygretta, Attrael, Malbro, Haams, Silyene, Messek, Hitsm, Starrhawk, Salyen, Sudanfox, Moonfairy, Tanliel, Tluvin, Webile, Oxana, Irodanis, Seamwen. and anyone I messed for all the help I got tonight. Everyone did a great job on some very tough fights. /Salute
