Due to the popularity of the recent , I will be running it a second time. This time on Sunday September 23rd at Noon PST (3pm EST/2pm CST). We will again meet in Direwind Cliffs south of the Guardians of the Gate, who will again be our first targets. This time I want to get us to the Oozes as quickly as possible in order to focus on them. To help with this, I won't be stopping to work on . People will probably still be able to do it if they like, but it will be up to them to catch up to the raid. The other west tasks can all be done without slowing down the raid any. We will again be passing through Wanderlust Spots 2 & 3, so if you would like to benefit from this, be sure to have mark 1 done before the raid. In October We'll hit mark 4 in the East wing. Last time we learned where both and spawned, as well as where a safe sport to set up camp for them is. This time, once we get to it and have killed both PHs I plan to take a break. We'll skip a set of clearing the local trash and resume once the nameds or their PHs are back. After that, may the phat lewts roll in! |

The best laid plans........ Things started out as expected with us easily taking out the 2 guardians for Charm pieces. Along the way to camp we had a special guest appearance by who dropped his rare drop . Though I'm sure more people wanted his common drop, this was just as good because we did have people that wanted it too. Once at camp our luck seemed to run out. Magmaraug only made 1 token appearance, and The Unspeakable turned out to be The Unspawnable. The named Arbitor of Ash did spawn 3 times though so at least we got 2 s and a . And of course, some people made progress on various tasks, and I got 2 yellow of RLXP. Everyone that attended did a great job, but this felt disappointing with the lack of appearances by our primary targets. With so many still interested in drops, I will probably run this again sometime. However, I don't want to keep doing the same things so next month will be something different. |
